Do we like them? If we don't, do we like the old Lucas-esque triple-split ones?

I don't find them offensive, just not to my taste.

I like the Lucas ones, but I've never known quite what to make of cat's eyes. Some cars they seem to look great on, some cars they look incredibly wrong on, and some cars they seem to look good but also somehow deeply wrong. It's why I was chumming the waters of public opinion.

Agree about the right application. IMO, they seem to work best on a car that was VERY heavily accessorized in its day. Lots of chrome helps too. Like a '55 Crown Vic with the continental kit and wheel spats.

Always liked the Tripod lights on a British car of the appropriate age...50s ideally. Very proper...

More of the triple light cover kinda guy. Ad this might be a stupid question but does the little blue dot emit blue light?

I'm actually thinking of going full retard with the Ranchero: getting a set and some Cortina rear lights, and swapping them with the standard issue and back incessantly to confuse the hell out of people.

It's probably clear blue, so yeah, a bit. Not like... obviously. They also have 'em in red, yellow, green...
